Terms and conditions.
Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday between 10am-6pm. No times are guaranteed but please state if they need to arrive by a certain time and I will do my best. If the recipient is out flowers will be left either with a neighbour or in a suitable safe place and a card will be posted with their location.
Please ensure that you read the care instructions accurately to avoid any mishaps. Boxed arrangements are aqua packed securely and must be cut open over a sink to avoid water spillages. Wired arrangements are taped and covered to ensure they do not damage clothing, we take no responsibility if they are misused causing damage.
When you place an order with me you are making an offer to buy goods and I will confirm that I have received your order. In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available for any reason, I will make you aware of this. Images of products on the website, although they are my own images, are for illustration purposes only and your goods may vary slightly from that shown. To ensure the best possibility of delivery as requested, provide me with contact telephone numbers.
Privacy Policy.
Any information provided is used exclusively for the purposes for which you provide it for me to process your order and provide the services requested.
Data Use
I do not share information with any third parties, nor will I contact you outside of the need to process your order and provide the services requested and notify you of further offers. I will contact you by e-mail or telephone unless you have requested otherwise.
Financial processing
I do not store any of your financial information as all payments are processed by our payment provider.
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Refunds
In the case of agreed refunds, a refund will be made within 2 working days of the agreed refund. Should you be unhappy with your goods upon delivery you must notify me immediately and I will do my utmost to replace/refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel any order for services then simply notify me via the contact form, Facebook messenger or Email before the day of delivery. I cannot accept cancellations for items already delivered. Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee to cover transaction fees.
